Our focused manufacturing model provides the flexibility of single part or small runs all the way up to cost effective large run quantities.
RCS is an ISO 9001:2015 registered firm and certified to AS9100D. In addition, we are NADCAP certified to perform heat-treating of steel and titanium alloys. RCS excels at working to a source-controlled drawing (SCD), and our engineers are able to take the specifications from an SCD and produce a cost-effective detailed solution. We are also available to fatigue test in-house and have a full tooling department to produce any necessary modifications.
